Here, at Fit4HIM Faith and Fitness Center, we offer Christ-centered fitness classes, programs, and individual and small group personal training sessions (both online and in-person) in various areas of fitness, such as powerwalking, running, strength training, etc. for the spirit, soul, and body.
OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH: Many of our physical conditions (i.e. obesity, high blood pressure, heart conditions, etc.) are related to emotional issues (i.e. depression, stress, anxiety, grief, etc. ). Many emotional issues are rooted in our spiritual condition. Thus, healing must be approach holistically (spirit, soul, and body).
SPIRITUAL FITNESS: Spiritual fitness begins and ends with Jesus Christ. He is the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12: 2).
EMOTIONAL/MENTAL FITNESS: God desires that we be in health even as our soul (will, mind, and emotions) prospers. (3 John 1:2) We must be transformed by the renewing of our minds. (Romans 12:2)
PHYSICAL FITNESS: God (the Holy Spirit) lives inside of us (born again believers in Christ)! OUR BODIES ARE THE TEMPLES OF GOD! (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

Fit4HIM "Individual" Personal Training -`offers one-on-one personal training sessions for the individual that desire a personal approach in reaching their healthcare goals. Training workouts will be designed specifically for the individual according to their specific health goal needs. There is no “one size fits all” concept here. It is all about “you” and “reaching your fitness goals” as we rely on God to get Fit4HIM!
Fit4HIM "Small Group" Personal Training - Are you intimated to be in a large group fitness class? Then, small group is what you are looking for! Small group personal training provides workouts that are tailored to the fitness level of each group individually. It is also a great way to meet a small group of others (max. 3) that are on the same mission to workout each week.
Fit4HIM "Large Group" Personal Training - Short on time? Then, our 30 minutes small group training is what you are looking for! Small group personal training provides workouts that are tailored to the fitness level of each group individually and offers it in a timely manner! It is also a great way to get a workout in during lunch or before or after work. Thus, grab your workout partner and join us for a quick but efficient Fit4HIM workout! You’ll be glad you did! (Power)Walk4CHRIST 5K Training Class: Rather walk than run any day? READY TO TAKE YOUR WALKING TO THE NEXT LEVEL? Want to know the proper way to walk to get the best results. Then, join our Christ-centered 8 weeks BEGINNER POWERWALKING CLASS (both online and in-person)! The class includes a Bible study, powerwalking topics, walking workouts, AND cross-training. Upon completion of the class, participates will graduate by completing a 5K race! Let's (Power)Walk4CHRIST to get Fit4HIM!
(INDOOR)Walk4CHRIST: Too cold outside for you? Is it raining outside, and you need an alternative way to get your "walk on"? Join the INDOOR Walk4CHRIST class! The class alternates between brisk walking, energetic exercises, and weight resistance that conditions your heart and body, while getting your miles in! Thus, join us INDOORS as we Walk4CHRIST to get Fit4HIM!
Have you always wanted to run in a 5K race? Let the "Run Whisperer" show you how! Join our online and in-person Christ-centered 5K training program for beginners or those returning to running. The class includes a Bible study, running topics, running workouts, AND cross-training. Upon completion of the class, participates will graduate by completing a 5K race!
